If you have any questions not answered in this letter, please contact us. Our community is located just off Pensacola Boulevard (Highway 29) directly across from the Whataburger. We are within 2 miles of entrances to both I-10 and I-110. We are on the city bus route and shopping is within walking distance at CVS Drugs and Brent Oaks Plaza, which includes Sentinel Mail Center and Big Lots. University and Cordova Malls are both within a 5 minutes drive from our community. Downtown is 5 minutes away from our location. Pensacola Junior College (main campus) is less than 5 minutes away. The Naval Stations and Fields are short drives from us. The University of West Florida is a six mile drive. Most of the hospitals are within a five to ten minute drive from our location. Our atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. We have an on-site laundry facility that is open 24 hours a day, and a pool available for our residents to use. We are centrally located to the Pensacola Area. Stratford Place Apartments charges a $30.00 application fee for processing your credit report. We accept dogs and cats under 36 lbs with a non-refundable pet fee of $200.00, with certain restrictions on the types and number of pets allowed. We also provide water/sewer, pest control and dumpster service. The apartments are all electric and wired for cable and telephone if you should desire those utilities. Our apartments have central heat and air conditioning. Telephone, electricity, cable companies, and other information and numbers are located in the Community Guide enclosed in this package. The school district we are in includes Brentwood Elementary, Brentwood Middle, and Pensacola High. Please stop by or call us. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 to 12 and 1 to 5.
